GAUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Swiss law does not provide for any right of withdrawal once the order has been placed.

Although, Gaudio will provide an extra refund policy in case of afterthoughts for its customers for 14 days from the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipment insurance is highly advisable as Gaudio will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns. The package strictly needs to be accompanied by the wording “RETURN, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE”.

Any import tax or duties due for an incorrect invoicing and billed to Gaudio will be then charged to the customer.

The Product(s) must be in “as-new” condition, complete with any accompanying accessories and within the original box and packaging. Missing items or damages to the earphones, accessories or packaging will be subject to additional charges.

The return is subject to a minimum 10% of restocking fee for expenses for procedure management, which will be deducted from the refund total amount.

No returns or refunds on accessories purchased individually will be issued.

All returns are subject to our inspection and approval.

Upon receipt, inspection, and approval, a credit will be issued in the same payment method as the original purchase, within 15 business days.

We do also provide repairs on request for out-of-warranty earphones or for damages excluded from the warranty terms, as long as the product is in production and available for purchase.

The package strictly needs to be accompanied by the wording “RETURN FOR REPAIR, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE”.

Any import tax or duties due for an incorrect invoicing and billed to Gaudio will be charged to the customer.

We will carefully inspect the product(s) and provide an offer for parts and labour costs for the repair.

A fee covering the handling and inspection will be charged anyway in case you don’t want to proceed with the repair.

Gaudio design and make state of the art earphones but an incorrect storage, handling or any kind of abuse will considerably increase the risks for the product to fail.

Gaudio also excludes any penal or economic liability for any misuse of the product or in case the customer doesn’t follow the Government law(s) concerning the use of the particular product which may offend anyone, cause damage to objects and properties, injuries of any kind or even death to any people involved.

Refer to the user manual, handling and storage chapters and warranty terms for a complete overview about the correct use of the product.

Gaudio shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the use, misuse, or inability to use the products or website.

Gaudio offers a two (2) year limited warranty, which covers defects in manufacturing, assembly and/or materials on your earphones, which starts from the original purchase date.

The warranty is liable within the warranty validity period.

A proof of purchase will be asked in any case, such a copy of the original receipt, plus the included warranty card.

The package strictly needs to be accompanied by the wording “RETURN UNDER WARRANTY, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE”.

Any import tax or duties due for an incorrect invoicing and billed to Gaudio will be charged to the customer.

Gaudio will either replace or repair the earphones within warranty at its own discretion.

Cables are subject to DOA (dead-on-arrival) warranty and a consequent 3-months limited warranty.

The accessories are not covered by any warranty (ear tips, cleaning tool, carrying case, etc).

The warranty does not cover damages or malfunction due to improper storage, accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, ear wax and/or sweat, moisture build-ups, excessive volume or short circuits, shock, unauthorized product modification, cosmetic normal wear and tear, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product for both earphones and cables.

Any attempt of tampering, disassembling or modification of the parts composing the earphones or the earphones themselves will void the warranty.

The warranty doesn’t cover malfunctions due to bent or broken pins in the earphones socket(s) or cables connector(s).

Any parts or products replaced under warranty will then become the property of Gaudio.
